Yoga, mindfulness and meditation helps relieve stress, un-clutter the mind and helps you become more focused.

– Helps to prevent degenerative arthritis
Each time you practice, you take your joints through their full range of motion. This can help prevent degenerative arthritis or mitigate disability by “squeezing and soaking” areas of cartilage that normally aren’t used.

– Arm and shoulder strength
Your arm and shoulder strength is multiplied as you use your own body weight as well as external load.

– Improves digestive system
The digestive system gets back on track when the stretching in yoga is coupled with a healthy, organic diet, which can relieve constipation, irritable bowl syndrome (IBS) and acid reflux.

I am lucky to have Nikki one on one. I look forward to our Yoga time so much and so excited about how much I am improving.
